Items Eligible for Return and Potential Refund
Tangible accessories such as the major system units may be returned subject to the conditions below.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
Consumables, sensors and single use products that have been used or have open packaging are not eligible for refund unless we agree there is a manufacturing fault.
Refunds cannot be offered on sale items
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact us prior to returning an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, please with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping beyond the UK and Ireland
We normally ship to any address in the UK and Ireland. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations beyond the UK and Ireland. If in doubt please contact us and we will connect you to your nearest distributor
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and size based. The weight of any such item, when significant, can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next kilo.
